Cancellation

In the event that you need to cancel your room booking the total payment made is forfeited. Torres Accommodation does NOT provide any refunds. Minimum for cancellation is 7 days in the low season and 14 days in the high season before arrival or check in date. The credit equivalent to the value of booking minus 1 night charge cancellation fee will be deposited into guest’s account for new dates. The amount in credit is not transferable to any account and is not exchangeable for cash. Our cancellation policy clearly states in contract agreement and on our reservation page to all partisan wholesaler/travel agents.
